my mistake

I performed something for the first time about in my work.
The work was successful fine. but I had made a mistake.
To be specific, I didn’t to do a operation. restart the operating system.
so it didn't operate work.
the solution was to restart the system . So, many co-workers helped me.

That is the first time facing a trouble on my work. Everything was fine, but I made a mistake. It supposed to restart the operating system, but I didn't recognize that I have to. My colleagues helped me on that. many thanks to my colleagues. And sorry for any inconvenience interruption.
