Day 5: hobby Hello everyone! I hope your day is going well and you have a good mod! Today I want to tell you about my hobby. I like all kind of sport games: basketball, volleyball, ping-pong. It doesn't matter what type of games we are speaking about: team or single. But best of all I like to play football (in American it is called the soccer). When I was a child I like to play in a big football. We played eleven against eleven, eight against eight if we had not enough people - it was cool time (Do we need an article here? I think no, cause "time" is uncountable). The problem of football is you have to spend much time to play without ball and if you have no your own team or a team has several weak players who don't play well - you risk don't give enough pleasure from a game. One time I accidentally came in the sports hall (I don't know how it can be say more clearly: I mean the building where we played football, volleyball and others sport games). It was the first time when I tried to play the futsal (Who doesn't know, futsal is a mini football, it can be played on the parquet in sports hall or on the synthetic grass, the field is smaller and only 10 players (five from each team) can be on area at one moment. From that time I have been loving futsal. (Can I told in this way? Something what was happen in the past and continue till this moment). It a pity but today I can't write more so I will continue the story tomorrow. Thank you if you read my short story and thank you once more if you find any mistakes and tell me about it them. Hello everyone!
I hope (your day is going well) you are having a good day and you (have a good mod) are in a good mood!
Today I want to tell you about my hobby.
I like all kinds of sport games: basketball, volleyball, ping-pong. It doesn't matter what type of games we are speaking about: team or single. We played eleven against eleven, eight against eight if we had did not have enough people - (it was cool time) those were good times (Do we need an article here? I think no don't think so, because "time" is uncountable).
The problem (of football) is that you have to spend too much time to playing without the ball and if you haven't got your own team or a your team has several weak players (who don't play well) - you (risk don't give enough pleasure)might not have much fun out of the from a game.

Например, Оксфордский словарь среди прочих значений, даёт такое An area of ground marked out or used for play in an outdoor team game: "a football pitch"

pitch - это площадка. Гугл переводчик почему-то не выдает такого значения. Я использовала другой словарь, чтобы найти это слово. Гугл порой не всегда помогает) Лучше используйте оксфордский или кембриджский словарь. Очень полезно, т.к. там не просто перевод слов, но и примеры, как правильно использовать в разных контекстах.
