About the language in Europe I have a question about the language in Europe.In Europe,there are many language.Like English,German,Italian,Russian etc.For a start,I thought all Europeans can speak England very well.But recently,I find some countries' people can't speak well,or their English with an accent.Oh,original not all countries have to learn English.I was wrong.

Oh, original not all countries have to learn English. I was wrong.

I have a question about languages in Europe. In Europe,there are many languages , for exemple: English,German,Italian,Russian etc. At first, I thought all Europeans can speak English very well but recently, I find found out that some people from "Europe" can't speak it well, or their English has an accent. Now I realize that not all countries have to learn English.I was wrong.
