To improve your speaking skills..

From my experience, to develop this language (this is not a whole sentence .. you need to finish it with an idea! e.g. <em>"to develop this language I need to...."</em>) .

I tried to do practice in speaking with my colleagues and makeing your an effort to learn new words - such as 10 words daily (/everyday) - that will help you to make your conversation longer. This is the an effective way for improving. I need time to work hard in on other skills.
