A recipe Japche(Korean food)
Today, I’d like to write about a recipe for Korean food. It’s Japche(Stir-fried Glass Noodles and Vegetables). The recipe for Japche varies can be different from person to person. [<em>This isn't exactly wrong but its more natural to say that it varies</em>] It’s a my simple recipe. [<em>I'm not sure exactly what you mean it could be "It's a simple recipe" or "This is my simple recipe"</em>]
Main ingredients: Korean glass noodles, beef or pork, mushroom, spinach, carrot, and onion. You can put in any vegetable you like. If you are vegetarian, you can skip the beef or pork and add more vegetables that you like.)
First, slice the beef and put it in a bowl. And Then add some soy sauce source(2 spoons), crushed garlic(1 spoon), some sugar(1 spoon) and sesame oil(1 teaspoon). Mix them well. They It will smell like Bulgogi(seasoned barbequed beef). Put them the mixture in the refrigerator while you prepareing the other ingredients.
Second, now you can prepare the vegetables. [<em>You can also say "Now you can prepare the vegetables" but you wouldn't use "Second, " with that sentence</em>]
-Spinach: Wash the spinach clean and put it in boiling water for about 30 seconds. And Then take the spinach out and cool it in the cold water. Squeeze it out. Put it in a bowl and then add some soy sauce source(2 spoon) and sesame oil(1 tea spoon).
Mushroom: Wash the mushrooms clean and slice them it. Stir Cook them in a hot pan with a little oil and a pinch of salt. ["<em>Stir" isn't grammatically wrong but what you really mean is to cook the mushrooms so that is why I changed it</em>]
Carrot and onion: Wash the carrots and onions clean and slice them. Stir Cook them in a hot pan with a little oil and a pinch of salt.
Third, now you have to stir cook the beef. [<em>You can also say "Now you have to cook the beef" but you wouldn't use "Third, " with that sentence.</em>] Put them it in a hot pan with oil and stir them when cook until the beef is no longer pink.
Fourth, you should boil the Korean glass noodles well. Put them in boiling water for about 10 minutes. After about 10 minutes, take them out. The noodles become transparent You can see transparent noodles if they are cooked well.
The last Finally, put all the ingredients them in a big bowl together and mixed well. And Add some crushed garlic(1 spoon), soy sauce source(2 spoons), some ground black pepper, some sesame seeds, and sesame oil(1 spoon).
Now you can enjoy Japche.
<em>Just 2 comments: In English, you don't wash something clean. You just wash something. It's understood that it will be clean. You can also either "wash something" or "clean something" and they mean almost the same thing. Also stirring just means that you are moving the food around with a spoon or other utensil. Cooking is where you actually change the food from being raw to being cooked. </em>
The recipe looks good tho, I'll have to try it someday.
