Do you know “shoki-barai”?
When we go drinking with our friends or colleagues during the summer, we call it “Shoki-barai”. We usually enjoy cold beer, Japanese sake etc. for we to get through Japanese the hot and humid Japanese summer.

Very good! Try to remember to use articles ("the" and "a/an") - we use them a lot in English, and I know that can be hard to remember if your first language is Japanese. I changed "Japanese hot and humid summer" to "hot and humid Japanese summer" - I can't really explain why, but it sounds better this way in English. Good job!
