Please check my writings in English and tell me the mistakes if they have mistakes. Please check my English sentences and tell me of any mistakes I have made.

１．It is not too much to say that your life is determined by how education you receive. It is not an overexaggeration to say that your life is determined by the amount of education you receive.

２．It is best way to learn previous lesson of developed countries so that developing countries won't fail to do the things which developed countries have failed to do. Developing countries can learn many lessons from endeavors already tried and failed by developed nations.
