I think it is natural to have this kind of feeling. Just try to be neutral.

 

(I don't think that I can get along with everyone)

This is also natural. I think it is impossible to please everyone you know. I think what is more important is the people around you that understands you and provides you the support when you really need it. The best you can do is learn and understand why people are different. It will make you feel much better.

 

(But I hope I don't hurt my friends, and I don't want to make people feel uncomfortable)

This is perhaps your best quality. It shows that you are considerate of others.

There are people whose personalities are different from mine.
I don't think that I can get along with everyone.
But I hope I don't hurt my friends, and I don't want/intend to make other people uncomfortable as well.

I agree, but it's okay. Not everyone can get along! It's best that you have good friends who understand you :) If you got along well with everyone in the world, you might not have time to spend with all those friends, right? Haha!
