It was eleven o’clock at night when the pone rang Was around ten thirty at night and in the Street was raining a lot, however hadn’t been a really hard day, I felt tired watching and switching channels on the television. I had one cup of tea in my left hand and the remote control in the other one. I was sipping when suddenly the phone rang. I wasn’t waiting any call at that moment and I felt worried about it. I looked the display on the pone very quickly and I saw my mom’s phone number. It was very late for her because my mom always go to bed earlier than me. She always has dinner at nine o’clock and after that she waits thirty minutes and goes to bed. Definitely, I decided to pick up the phone and quickly I sad to her, “is everything O.K. mummy?. I waited to listen to her for a second even though for my was a year. Finally I listened a far undertone told me that, she was sleeping and suddenly a huge terrible stomach ache was woke up to her. She has been vomiting in the last hour and now she feels exhausted. I told to her if she could wait ten minutes because I'm going to put some clothes on and drive to her house. After that, I was driving really fast in the street with the rain and the wipers cleaning the windshield. At least, I parked my car behind my mom’s house. I’ve only needed five minutes to go to her house, when always need ten minutes. I run quickly in to the house and shouted her name. I listened to her in the first floor, soon as I could, I run upstairs and I listened to her in the toilet, “son, I’m here vomiting again”, and when I opened the door I run absolutely fast to kiss her in the forehead and I had the impression that she was with high temperature. Suddenly we were arriving to the hospital, I can remember what happened during that period of time because I was really nervous. In the A&E; we only waited five minutes for the doctor’s call. During the examination I didn’t said anything I was absolutely worried. After the blood text and the results, the doctor told us, “she is really ill, she has a broken appendicitis with an infection” they couldn’t wait and the surgeon run to the operation theater with her. I was praying for her during two long hours and after that, fortunately the doctor said me that everything was O.K.. I brooked down in tears because I felt incredibly glad with that sounds.

It was around ten thirty at night and in the street it was raining a lot; however, it hadn’t really been a hard day. I felt tired and I was flicking through the television channels. I had a cup of tea in my left hand and the remote control in the other. I was sipping the tea when suddenly the phone rang. I wasn’t expecting any particular call and so I felt worried. I saw on the phone display that it was my mum’s number. It was very late for her because she always goes to bed earlier than me. She always has dinner at nine o’clock and then thirty minutes later she goes to bed.

I promptly answered the call and I quickly said to her, ‘is everything ok mum?’ I waited for her to respond, it was only a second but it seemed like a year. Finally I heard that she had been sleeping but she was suddenly woken by a stomach ache. She had been vomiting for the last hour and she was feeling exhausted. I told her if she could wait ten minutes I would put some clothes on and the drive to her house.

Soon after, I was driving really fast in the rain and the wipers were cleaning the windshield. Finally, I parked my car behind my mum’s house. It only took me five minutes to get to her house, when normally it would take me ten minutes. I ran into the house and I shouted her name. I heard her call back from the first floor, I ran upstairs and I could hear her in the toilet, ‘son, I’m here vomiting again’, I then opened the door and I ran fast towards her to kiss her forehead and I then realized she had a high temperature.

We were soon after arriving at the hospital, I can't  remember what happened during that period of time because I was really nervous. In the A&E we only waited five minutes to see the doctor. During the examination I didn’t say anything as I was absolutely terrified. After the blood test and the results, the doctor told us ‘she is really ill, she has a broken appendicitis with an infection,’ they didn’t want to delay and so the surgeon tool her immediately to the operating theatre.

I was praying all through the two long hours, after the doctor fortunately told me that everything was ok, I broke down in tears because I felt incredibly happy to hear these words.
