1. 南口を出て、右へ五分行ってください。
2.　西口を出て、東へ十分行ってください。
3.　山下さんは大学生です。
4.　先生はよく外国に行きます。

All sounds perfect!

Just in my case of 1&2: when I tell strengers the direction with time, I always use 歩きます instead of 行ってください. More natural in conversation, I think.

Compared to the below question No.3, without time, 行ってください sounds ok.

translations:
1. There are lots of foreign teachers in my college.
　　私の大学はたくさん外国（人？）の先生があります。

　　私の大学には、外国人の先生/外国から来た先生がたくさんいます。
2. The college is to the left of a bank. 
　　大学はぎんこうの左です。

　　good!! you can also say; ～左側（ひだりがわ）です。/左側にあります。　
3. Go out the east exit and go to the right, please.
　　東口を出て、右へ行ってください。

　　perfect!! 

4. The restaurant is near the south exit.
　　レストランは南口のちかくです。

　　good!  you can also say; ～ちかくにあります。 
5. I ate fish and drank tea at the restaurant.
　　私はレストランで魚を食べて、お茶を飲みました。

　　perfect!!
6. I waited for 20 minutes at the north exit.
　　北口で二十分まちました。
