Love Between Different People
Today , my friend who is muslim and I talked about the LOVE between the muslims and the non-muslims.He said his classmate who is a muslim falled in love with a girl who is no muslim when they were in high school .They had been loved for about 6 years and they loved each other very much .BUT ,they can't be allowed by their families and they broke up at last .Then i think of the book called <Muslim's Funeral > i read before .The heroine is a muslim ,she get a serious disease and at her last time she want to see her lover who is no muslim .But her mother tell her "I 'd rather you are going to die than love with a non-muslim,I will never let you see him . "Then the girl died without seeing her lover .
I don't know what i should say .I respect their religious belief and i think it is good for someone to own their belief .But I also think it is cruel and sad for them .In my mind ,the love is been allowed between different people without limit of ages ,skin color and so on .
How do you think about it ?

hey there i'm a muslim guy i want just reply for this subject because you have a false idea about what islam says in LOVE .(the book have a false idea by the way ) islam didn't say that is not allowed for muslims to not love or being loved from ather people non muslims . but god advice us to be married with ather muslims just an advice because you know after the marrige the couple may have a lot of problems as the childeens for exemple if a muslim and a christian had been married and they got a childen then what religion should the boy or girl believe even if it is his or her choise one of the parents will not be glade because he or she want the best fot the boy /girl and as a muslim we think and believe that islam is the best think and the christians also think that there religion that is the best and everythink so at that point the problemes beging to the couple and a lot of ather problemes so as i told you it's just an advise from god to us not a low for muslims and for your point of view "the love is been allowed between different people without limit of ages ,skin color and so on" you should know that islam didn't say the adverse of that contrary islam came with this mentality if you do a research you will find that people before islam it was not allowed that people with black skin love or even talk to white skin and they used theme as a slaves and islam came to change all this false ideas well there is a lot of thinks about islam for this commrnt i want just to modify you unswer i hope that you know now that islam says about this subjet yeah and i want to tell you somethink else that islam advice us to do travel in all the world and meet a new people from different cultures and mentalities and religions and have a relation ship whit theme make some freind and lovers and every think and if we want to marry someone we should before show him the beauty of islam and that what i'm asking you now search for the beauty of islam . thank you
