How do you think people’s eating habits have changed over the years?
It is quite difficult to answer
this question because I haven’t thought about that but I will try to answer it.
Let me begin by saying that most people
living around the world have been
<strike>more</strike> concentrating
more on healthy foods as
<strike>much as</strike> they are interested in their well-being.
In other words, these are
<strike>slow-</strike>food (
no such term) that has been prepared with care, using high quality local and seasonal ingredients.
<strike>people</strike> Few years ago,
people used to have lunch in fast-food restaurants or
simply ate some
<strike>of</strike> sandwiches during <strike>when</strike> their busy lunch
times.
It was not important what they ate because they were unaware
<strike>ness</strike> of the effect of junk food.
Besides, <strike>
as well as</strike> fast food is
<strike>good enough to</strike> quick
to prepare, cheap and easy to buy
<strike>in order to</strike> which saves <strike>their</strike> time and money.
However, people are becoming more and more interested in their well being,
thus <strike>also</strike> the trend of
food <strike>in</strike> worldwide is beginning to shift from easy-to-eat foods to
non-fast food.
Even fast food companies are starting to change their
<strike>promotion</strike> images,
and they try to be closely associated with
<strike>slow-food and</strike> healthy food in recent years.
For example, Lotteria,
<strike>some</strike> one of the biggest Korean fast food
companies in South Korea, strongly insists that they provide
<strike>slow-food</strike> hamburger meals
that consist of fresh organic vegetables and high quality local beef for
<strike>the</strike> customers.
For these reasons,
<strike>I would assume that the tendency of food is still moving towards well being and keep developing the quality of food by the people on earth.</strike> I would say that people's eating habits are moving towards improving one's well being and high quality food.
Well-written, keep it up!
