Good teachers Good teachers are the ones who improve their student’s knowledge and make them feel passion for the matter they are studying. One of the main ways for a person to improve his knowledge is to challenging himself. That is a technique that allows people to rise to the top of their capacity to solve problems or take difficult decisions. Because of this, I am agree with the statement Set challenges it is a good way to motivate students. But it isn´t the only one. That a teacher would do this, it does not mean that he would be a good teacher. It is not a specific requirement for a good teacher setting challenging task to his students. In other side, a teacher that not setting challenging task to their students denote a accommodative way of giving classes and a lack of motivation for its part. A teacher who loves his matter should allow his student discovering the subject by themselves. It makes the learning process more interesting and allows them to consolidate knowledge. To verify how this statement adjust to reality, a research could be made, where, by universities surveys, the tendency of teachers of setting challenging task, be compared with the average valoration of theirs students. We also can compare the academics results of the students of this kind of teachers. Then, we can measure both variables. In conclusion: in my opinion, set challenges, is a good initiative which can point a good teacher, but it is not conclusive by itself. To corroborate that, we should need more variables.

Good teachers

That lets us solve the hardest problems or take the most difficult decisions. Because of this, I agree that setting challenges motivates students. But it isn´t the only motivation. Just doing this does not make a good teacher. Setting challenging tasks to his students is not a sufficient condition for the good teacher. BATTERYDIES WELL WRITTEN!
