Describing my job Hello, I want to write about my job... THE INSTITUTION SEPADE was born in the year 1975 as a center of education and service from the Pentecostal Church mission. Of a decision by foundation church, in 1995 the nonprofit corporation for development with ecumenical character was establised and composed of personalities (pastors and lay leaders) from various evangelicalism churches. SEPADE through of its foundation EDUCADES, has three secondary technical education schools and one scientific and humanistic basic and secondary education school. SEPADE focus its action on educational field, with the mission to contribute to improvement of education quality of Chile, in a way that it is an essential and effective tool for reducing inequalities and contributing to the building of a friendly, inclusive and solidarity society. The vision SEPADE has had, it has build in join and it looking for becoming in a national reference in areas such as development of educative projects that privilege an active rol and protagonic of students in their learning process, to intentioned collaborative work among teachers, in school communities, where value and promote for coexistence in cultural diversity.
