I do not like my job as in the finance industry now. It is very boring and people around are too cunning. But this job can give me a good payment which can support my expense and the loan.
Now I am in a big conflict.

I do not like my job as in the finance industry any more. It is very boring, and people around me are backstabbing. But this job pays well, which can support me and pay off my student loans.Now I am conflicted about whether I should keep this job.
(cunning is not necessarily negative. It is often used to mean something close to "clever". Unfortunately almost all of the one-word synonyms I can think of are not specifically pejorative. Backstabbing is kind of awkward in this context, but the meaning is very clear. People would also understand if you said political (which would refer to office politics), but that might be confusing to non-native speakers).
