I think I personally like to invest in properties, which is a great investment. Let me explain it. In my city, we have been facing a house shortage problem for decades. Here is not enough land for building and the government haven't been working on it so well. So the house prices is keeping rise up as the problem hasn't been solved. All people have been struggling to buy their dreams home which seems to be impossible to achieve it, because the house prices too high. Especially youngsters who cannot afford it. They rent apartment if they want to have a private space or going to get married. My perspective is that if I'm a landlord I will rent out my property, which I am viewing the house's price rise up and I also have monthly incomes.
