I find it surprised/surprising that she didn't like her present . I found it truly surprised/surprising to hear that Mr. Kim had been appointed to the committee? Which one is correct?

surprising is the correct answer for both, because the adjective describe the nature of an event/incident. While "surprised" is to describe how one would feel, or get affected by an event/incident. Hope my explanation help :))
