They are usually students who attend university. They use cafes like their university libraries. They stay in a cafe for about 3 ~4 hours after ordering one drink. According to cafe owners, there are people who stay for about 10 hours. Cafes are crying over people who think a cafe as a library. Do you have any good suggestion to help cafe owners?
