Fresh milk, eggs, vegetables, meats and bread are the most favorite foods for me. I had them almost every day. Sometimes I have some other kinds of fruits for additional vitamins and make the flavor better. I always boil them without any animals fats and pay attention to add enough of water.

Fresh milk, eggs, vegetables, meat and bread are my favorite foods. I have them almost every day. Sometimes I have some other kinds of fruits for additional vitamins and (more natural: to improve the flavor [but then, the flavor of what? ] / because I like the flavor). I always boil them without any animal fats and pay attention to add enough of water.
