Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience here in the end. If the teacher cancels all lessons, you don't get your money back, even if you always asked the teacher in advance if it was okay to book lessons with them and the teacher always answered “yes.” Now I'm out of $300.

The terms and conditions state that purchased hours are non-refundable.

Did you ask them for a refund? If you both agree to cancel the package then you should get a refund for whatever lessons you didn't take from the lesson. When did they cancel the package? Did they let you know ahead of time they were canceling the package? Did they tell you why they canceled?
