I particularly see changes in my life, when I'm doing any physical exercises. Firstly, I feel healthy and energy in my body – I can more work and do many house chores. Secondly, when I don't do sports at all, some problems with health appear like backache or headache. And the last, I just love the activity. For me, it means to be alive.

I particularly see changes in my life when I'm doing any physical exercises. Firstly, I feel healthy and energised/full of energy – I can do more work and do many household chores. Secondly, when I don't do sports at all, some problems with my health appear like backache or a headache. And lastly, I just love the activity. For me, it means to be alive.
