Does it mean,
It looks like I'll have some free time today.

I happen to have = I do have. Here there is an element of certainty. It has been decided already.
It looks like I'll have = I'll probably have. Here there is a high chance, but still a lot of uncertainty. It's not been decided at this stage - it's only a guess.
