An employee entered into his boss’s office hurriedly asking his boss to give up his seat and make tea for him while the boss is working. The boss was puzzled. Afterward a man came into the office and signed a contract with this employee which is worth of 2000 thousand RMB . The boss was thrilled and make a tea for his employee and the client quickly. Maybe this employee just wants to show off in front of his boss . He deserves it for the sake of his huge contract.

Afterwards a man came into the office and signed a contract with this employee which is worth of 2000 thousand RMB. The boss was thrilled and quickly made a tea for his employee and the client. Maybe this employee just wants to show off in front of his boss. He deserves it in light of the huge contract ('he managed to seal/land/procure' could be added to the end here for clarity).
