The specialized vocabulary ( in what area?) is based on Western Law. We also intend to lower the (age?) of criminal responsibility.

You could say specialised vocabulary of fraud is based on western law. If you use capitals, it means there is such a specific thing as Western Law,which there isn’t. Western law means a more general sense of laws and n the West. I think threshold maybe used in Australia, but it is clearer if you say age.
