In this context which one of them would be correct:
He wants to see you in his room
He is calling you ( over? )
Please help me figure this out and make corrections as well.

Hello there :-) Nice to see you practicing your English skills way to go. You would say: He (or maybe you could preferably use the person's actual name) is calling you over to his office.

I think, you can say "he wants to see you in his office".
