不错 Degree better than 还可以。in fact,还可以 means just averagely,but 不错 means great. for example,how about this man means 这个男人怎么样? you can say: 还可以 how about this book/movie/star/singer/house/animals and so on,you also can use 还可以。 when people ask you about Appearance,Character and so on,you also can use 还可以 or 不错。 in fact,还可以 and 不错 are same,just one is just averagely,one is great. =3
