Its fine in both forms and it is your choice how you want to write it. Like in india we write names the way we feel like, changing a letter or two doesn't matter. Like there are people who write their names as monica and their are some who write as monika.

Both sound fine. :) Yet if I were to pronounce them, I'd say "Na-ta-li-a" but "Na-tal-ya"(or "Na-ta-lya").
