I'll try to do that.
1. The verb "haber" means the same that "to have" in both senses.
Yo he visitado Francia= I have been to France. Here "haber" is an auxiliary verb.
Aqui hay mucha gente = There're many people (That place HAS many people)
2.Verbo reflexivo: expresses the action that can be done only personnaly. Ex.:
sentar=make smb sit down
sentarse=sit down.
These verbs have 6 forms:
yo me siento=i sit down
tu te sientas = you sit down
el, ella, Usted se sienta=...
nosotros nos sentamos...
vosotros vos sentais...
ellos, Ustedes se sientan.
3.It is like Past Indefinite, but not quite.When we use this time, we want to say we were doing smth, and this this action lasted for some period of time.
Ex.:
Cuando era una nina, yo trabajaba en el jardin=when i was a child, I used to work in the garden
Durante este verano yo estudiaba mucho=during this summer I worked much.
But!
Cuando era una nina, compre un libro (Indefinido) = When I was a child, I bought a book.
Este verano conoci mi novio=This summer I met my future husband.
It forms this way:
1 conjuction - root+aba+ending (trabajAR: trabajABA, trabajABAs, trabajABA, trabajABAmos, trabajABAis, trabajABAn)
2 conjuction - root+ia+ending (comer: comia, comias, comia, comiamos, comiais, comian)
3 conjuction - root+ia+ending (escribir: escribia, escribias, escribia, escribiamos, escribiais, escribian).
Good luck!
