Hulle sal ook nie noodwendig bly waar hulle op die oomblik woon nie, hoewel hulle nie so lank gelede nie soontoe verhuis het.
I dont know the meaning.

This sentence is little vague.
Literally it means: They also won't necessarily stay where they are living at this moment, although it is not long ago that they've moved there.
Probably it means they wont stay at their current home for too long.
