Julie::You'd better get over there. She's wearing cotton.
I don't understand what 's that sentence mean?Is it mean that the girl is wearing a bikini or something like that?

Cotton is the fabric of very sexy underwear.
Or it could be that cotton is very casual, and she doesn't intend to keep her clothes on. At any rate, it means the woman is ready for it.
