I don't know what this means 'now-traditional'
Reading a book, I came across the word 'now-traditional' but when I looked it up in the dictionary nothing was there.
this is the sentence: The gigs also included the now-traditional acoustic set by James Dean Bradfield.
Please help me.

It means that now it is traditional. A short while ago the acoustic set was something new, but now everyone has one.

It is a "play on words." Non-traditional is a familiar term that means not traditional or not customarily done or used. We use this term often.
I suspect now-traditional is meant to indicate something that many still consider non-traditional, which the person making the statement wishes you to believe has now become ordinary is is therefore currently, or "now", traditional.
