I am assuming that you write this study plan for the university you applied for rather than that for embassy .
它包括个人简历、学习经历、汉语水平及陈述个人科研能力、今后研究计划、毕业后的就业目标等。申请硕士要求800字以上，博士要求1500字以上，用中文书写。

1． 简朴说明自己的学习经历，专业背景及工作经历； 
2． 说明自己进一步求学的念头及为什么选择该国，该大学与该专业； 
3． 具体的留学时间铺排； 
4． 先容留学所需资金及来源； 
5． 对未来职业目标的阐述，留学后回国的理由。

按照以上的要求及提纲，应该不太难写：-）

You need yo intrdouce yourself in a few words,including your backgrounds,your study experience etc.
Then you should explain why you want to study in China,your details about your study plan,how to use the money they gives you
