I am not sure what kind of lost you are saying. I think there are two kinds of lost ,spirtually and physically.

I have a proverb to share with you :Things that are true,honest,and right. Think about things that are noble,pure,and lovely .Think only good thoughts about other people. Hope it can give you some direction.
