This can be very simple. Let's just talk about one person first....me. I am going to the store Give it to me. This is for me. Now add the second person, "him". The pronoun representing the first person does not change when you add the other person. He and I are going to the store. Give it to him and me. (You would not say "give it to he". You would not say "give it to I"). This is for him and me. Always put the other person first.

The pronoun "I" has three cases in English, subjective - I, objective - me, and possessive - my. The subjective and objective cases of ''you"' are identical. The subjective case is used when the pronoun in the subject of the sentence . The objective case is used when the pronoun is the object of a verb or a preposition. However, in American speech today, ''I" is frequently misused when the proper form should be "me.'' So, you'll hear "you and I" when "you and me" is the grammatically correct form (after a verb or preposition).

both are correct if used them correctly :D , well if you are the one who is doing the verb in the sentence ( subjective ) then its i not me ex: you and i are going to kill some frogs ,, ex2: i and you are special frog killers but use i if you are the one who will be affected by the verb ( objective ) ex : ex:you and me are going to be killed by frogs ex2:me and you will be eaten by giant frogs
