It would be better if you said:
Have you called her lately?

Not exactly correct, as you have it.
Have you called her lately - correct.
Did you call her last week? Did you call her when you said you would? - correct
Yes, I have called her several times (not specific on when) - correct.
Yes, I called her last Tuesday. I called her when she said she would be home. - correct
