What is "yummy"? Is it the same what "tasty" means? Or it has special taste?!

It is the same as 'very tasty', but said in a child's way, and usually expressed as an
exclamation, like 'yummy, yummy!' .

Yummy means extremelly delicious. If you say it, it means you like the food.
