What does 해도해도 mean? I looked it up and means greed. Is it different from 욕심?

해도해도 is a colloquial expression, and it means “No matter how much.”
해도해도 is from an expression "아무리 ~해도."
아무리 means "No matter how".
~해도 is from a verb, "하다 (to do)".
So, "아무리 ~해도, " translates to "No matter how I ~," or "No matter how ~ I am."
(*You can replace "I" with any pronouns)
Examples)
아무리 청소해도: No matter how (much) he cleans
아무리 생각해도: No matter how (much) I think about it
아무리 공부해도: No matter how (hard) I study
아무리 가난해도: No matter how poor I am
아무리 예뻐도: No matter how pretty she is
We use 해도해도 to emphasize repetition of the verb, and it shows frustration of the speaker. 아무리 is also implied here. The following 해도해도 expressions are used the most in Korea:
해도해도 끝이 없어요: No matter how much I do it, there is no end to it.
청소를 해도해도 끝이 없어요: No matter how much I clean, there is no end to it.
해도해도 너무해!: No matter how much it is, it is too much; therefore, it means "That's too much, You're going too far, You have gone too far, etc."
You asked if 해도해도 could mean 욕심. Even though 해도해도 itself doesn't mean 욕심, it can be used to describe someone being too greedy. i.e. If someone overdoes something because that person is greedy and you think it's too much, you can say 해도해도 너무하네 instead of saying 엄청 욕심이 많네.
So, you can use 해도해도 너무해 whenever you think someone's going too far and it's too much.
Hope this helps.
