'Need yesterday', what does this mean?

It is needed right away. Consider that it was needed yesterday, but no one knew.

Yes Gulmira, as Randy indicates.
We use this expression a lot in the United States to indicated that we need something so urgently, that we say what is an impossibility. We say that we need something "yesterday".
Thus, it is a logical impossibility to get something in a previous time. That is obvious.
But it tells people that we seriously want something this very day, if possible, and if not today, tomorrow or the next day, you see?
Someone needing an auto part to get their care working again, might engage in a dialogue like this with a parts supplier:
SUPPLIER: "Okay, so when do you need this part?"
CAR MECHANIC: "I need it yesterday!"
SUPPLIER: "Okay. I will have the delivery driver take the part over to your Mechanic Shop within the hour. How's that?
CAR MECHANIC: "Thanks. That's really great!"
