In 'Dieses beruhmte gebaude ist in China' , why don't we add the neutral 's' to 'beruhmte?
Sometimes in the sentences i noticed that the adjectives contain suffixes that are relative to the noun's sex. However, in the above mentioned example, 'beruhmte' did not change whatever the sex was.

There can be three kinds of the adjective declension in German: 
1) after the definite articles and the demonstrative pronouns; 
2) after the  indefinite articles and the personal pronouns; 
3) without any articles or pronouns. 
e.g. 1) dieses / das berühmte Gebäude, der alte Wagen, die große Stadt, die / jene fröhlichen Kinder; 
2) ein / ihr berühmtes Gebäude, ein / mein alter Wagen, eine / unsere große Stadt; 
3) (viele) fröhliche Kinder, mit großem Appetit, guter Laune sein. 
It's the basic knowledge of the German grammar.
