It depends on a situation. But in most of situation it must be 필적. I guess so :)

It can be translated 손글씨, 필기. It is up to the context. 당신은 손으로 글을 쓰십니까? Do you write letters by your hand? 손으로 글을 쓰는 것은 어렵습니까? Is it difficult to write letters by hand? 당신이 필기한 노트 좀 빌려주세요. Please borrow me your note written by your hand (for the lecture). 당신의 손글씨는 정말 예쁩니다. Your handwritting is very pretty.

I wonder if 글씨 would be a general word for handwriting.. Naver showed so many words: 육필, 친필, 필적, 필체, 서체.. well, I couldn't figure out the proper context for each word.. I think some words can be related to calligraphy (maybe those using 필 = brush?).. and btw 육 = flesh, 체=body, 서=write :)
