'Lo capisco che sia difficile per uno studente trovare un lavoro' o
'Lo capisco che è difficile per uno studente trovare un lavoro' ?

Capisco che e` difficile.
Il congiuntivo e` spesso introdotto da /che/, ma la particella /che/ NON vuole sempre il congiuntivo; il congiuntivo serve con i verbi che esprimono un dubbio: penso, ho idea, suppongo, dubito;
e` un errore usare il congiuntivo con i verbi che esprimono certezza:
so che + indicativo
capisco che + indicativo
mi hanno detto che + indicativo.

Devi togliere /lo/, in quanto /lo/ ripete il complemento oggetto, che
e` gia` presente (che e` difficile ...)
Quindi: Capisco che e` difficile ....
