If I want to say like
The thing that you have to have is....
Something has happened
your victory have to happen
how can I say this have and has in Japanese in that case?

The present perfect, present continuous, present perfect continuous, future perfect, future continuous, and future perfect continuous are usually expressed as a gerund (-te form) plus the auxiliary form imasu/iru.

Have to happen =Confident =KANARAZU(win) Has happened =OKITERIU(this sence we treat as present tence)Have to have = must have(this case more like recommendation) =MOTTA HOUGA II (MOTTARA) We can not tell sence of word have of natives. But our understand to have is something you hand, Time of you can use, belong to person and Your trought or opinion (kind of personal intention)
