Have to happen,has happened,have to have 日本語でわかりません! If I want to say like The thing that you have to have is.... Something has happened your victory have to happen how can I say this have and has in Japanese in that case?

Have to happen =Confident =KANARAZU(win) Has happened =OKITERIU(this sence we treat as present tence)Have to have = must have(this case more like recommendation) =MOTTA HOUGA II (MOTTARA) We can not tell sence of word have of natives.
