'너' is kimi or omae in japanese '당신' is anata '그쪽' is sochira (그쪽 분 becomes sochira no kata) so, all of them you are not supposed to use in formal korean (높임말). Use last name (myoji) with title (kacho, sacho) or full name with suffix like '씨' (san)
