Please help correct my expression
If I want to express the number of stairs
Shall I use "This flight of stairs totally have 10 stairs" or "There are total 10 stairs with this flight of stairs."
or other expression?

I would say the staircase has ten steps. (I grew up in the US, so it might be different from other kinds of English.)
