Chuck means to throw or toss. What you have to understand is that the word were chosen for the way they sounded together, not for any special meaning. It really does not make any real sense. It's a little like "Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers." It is used as a "tongue twister", just because of the way it sounds.

chuck is slang for throw. "Where's the water bottle ? I chucked it in the bin" (I threw it in the rubbish)
