Films and television programs can be an excellent source of language input. Contemporary films can help introduce you to the cultures and sub-cultures of the English-speaking world. While, of course, you won't be listening to authentic conversation, films do give some idea of the way people interact in real life, unlike news or current affairs reports. You should definitely use the English subtitles rather than the Arabic.

It provides ample of opportunity to learn real english which is used by native english speakers in everyday life plus it assist you to improve your pronunciation and listening skills and at the same time it also enrich your vocabulary at much faster pace with a lot of entertainment.

You should watch English movies with subtitles as it will develop your listening skills and also you'll learn the correct pronunciation of words. But watch movies like Pride and Prejudice which is so rich in literature.

You may find it fun and exciting, as many other people have, to sing the lyrics along with those performing it in the movie for practice. Singing or saying the words repetitiously helps to program your memory and body to "hear" or to "develop an ear" for English pronunciation so that when you hear people speak English, you more quickly understand what they are saying. .
