You might say that when you're annoyed if someone preached to you about something like "Time Is Money" . Keep in mind, It's not polite to say that to tell someone to stop preaching. At least i wouldn't say that. however, it's ok to say that to your close friends. 拜托以后不要来说教＂时间就是金钱＂之类的。 Please don't preach to us and tell us something like Time is Money.
