¿Qué es más común?
¿Es más común decir "Me llamo...." o "Mi nombre es..."?
Me parece que más personas me responden con "Mi nombre es..." cuando les pregunto. ¿Es diferente en cada país?

Hi Greg, that depend how are you asking at the persons..... For example:
Hola, Soy Greg, ¿Cuál es tu nombre?; Mi nombre es Shanne
Hola, Soy Greg ¿Cómo te llamas?; Yo me llamo Shanne
But ¿Cómo te llamas? is more common in relax places like clubs, bar etc and ¿Cuál es tu nombre? is more common in formal places like restaurants etc; The age is influential too

No te preocupes por contestar de cualquier forma, te van a entender y no "suena" para nada extraño.
¿Cómo te llamas? Mi nombre es Greg.
¿Cúal es tu nombre? Me llamo Greg.
