"What is the difference between job, work, occupation, profession and career?"
Please pay attention to spelling.
A job is simply something you do. It can mean your occupation, but it can also mean a single task. It's a countable noun.
Work is uncountable. Imagine it as a collection of jobs that make up your occupation.
Your occupation is literally the thing that occupies your time. We understand this to mean paid work, but it can also include voluntary work or domestic work done at home.
A profession suggests that you are properly trained and qualified to do the work.
A career is long-term, or maybe even a lifelong occupation.
There are many ways of talking about what you do for a crust. :D
