ʃiːkə(r) ʃiːkəst The same way 'er' and 'est' are usually pronounced in comparatives and superlatives.

I have never heard anyone say "chicher" or "chicest." Have you? Anyway, the words look strange, because of the French adjective "chic" with English endings stuck on to it.
